(01) Sales channels

Choose channelsby evidence.

There is no universal first channel. Amazon captures existing demand, Walmart adds reach, your own Shopify store gives you control of the brand and customer data, and TikTok Shop suits products that sell through creators. We build the right combination for your category and economics, and expand it as the data comes in.

(05) How we sequence

Start focused. Expand with data.

The optimal architecture is not putting every product everywhere. We start with one or two channels, establish unit economics and operational reliability, and then expand the same catalog intelligence, content and inventory across additional channels.

Channel-specific pricing, inventory allocation, attribution and reporting are designed from the start so that growth on one channel never quietly erodes another.

  • Marketplace demand capture
  • DTC brand control
  • Selective social commerce
  • Centralized U.S. operations

(06) Questions

Choosing your channels.

Should I use Amazon or a U.S. distributor?

For most consumer products, online first builds the evidence a distributor will ask for: real sales, reviews, conversion and margins. Distribution can then be negotiated from a stronger position.

Is TikTok Shop right for my product?

It depends on the category and the audience. It works best for visually demonstrable products aimed at younger consumers; industrial, premium or highly regulated products often choose differently.

How do you keep pricing and inventory consistent across channels?

With centralized U.S. operations: one inventory pool through the 3PL, channel-specific pricing and inventory allocation, and one report that shows every channel side by side.
