This Cookie Policy explains how CH GlobeXmart LLC (“CH GlobeXmart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or interact with our website, landing pages and forms (collectively, the “Site”).

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

1) What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They help websites work, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use a site.

Cookies set by the website owner (CH GlobeXmart) are called “first-party cookies.” Cookies set by other parties are called “third-party cookies.” Third-party cookies enable features provided by those parties (for example analytics, advertising measurement or embedded forms), and those parties may recognize your device when it visits our Site and other websites.

We also use similar technologies such as tags, pixels and local storage (collectively, “tracking technologies”).

2) Why we use cookies

We use cookies and tracking technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary: remembering your cookie choice and keeping the Site and its forms working correctly
  • Functional: operating the embedded booking form and keeping it stable
  • Analytics and performance: measuring visits and how pages are used, so we can improve the Site
  • Advertising and measurement: measuring the results of our campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta, attribution and remarketing

When you first visit the Site, we show a cookie notice that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Until you accept, analytics and advertising cookies are disabled: we use Google Consent Mode, which keeps advertising and analytics storage set to “denied” by default. When storage is denied, Google tags may still send limited signals that do not use cookies.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The cookies on the Site may change over time depending on the tools and campaigns we run. This table lists the ones in use as of the date above.

Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage these tags, does not set cookies by itself.

5) Your choices

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to show the notice again and accept or reject non-essential cookies.

5.2 Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to:

  • delete existing cookies,
  • block cookies, or
  • receive alerts before cookies are stored.

Browser-specific instructions (examples):

  • Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
  • Edge: Settings → Site permissions → Cookies and site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and website data

If you block certain cookies, parts of the Site (such as the booking form) may not work as intended.

5.3 Advertising opt-out options

5.4 Google Analytics opt-out

You may also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, where available for your browser.

6) Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals in a consistent, standardized way.

Some cookies are placed by third parties that provide services to us (analytics, advertising and the booking form). Those third parties may collect information directly from your browser or device and may combine it with other information they have. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

8) Cross-border data transfers

Information collected through cookies and tracking technologies may be processed in, and transferred to, countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, which may have different data protection rules.

9) How long cookies stay on your device

Cookies may be:

  • session cookies, deleted when you close your browser, or
  • persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.

Retention depends on the cookie’s purpose and provider (see the table above).

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and post the revised policy.
